Clinical Interests in spinal, breathing, and lower limb disorders. All under the lens of preventative medicine.

Ash worked in Melbourne for 10 years before moving west.

He has worked with Volleyball Victoria, Vic Storm Touch Rugby, and Rockingham Flames. Currently, he is the head of Strength and Rehab at East Perth Football Club.

Ash is the only titled Advanced Osteopath in Western Australia.

His key interests are athletes, lower limb disorders (hip/knee/ankle), low back pain, as well as headaches and breathing disorders.

When not consulting, you’ll find Ash getting some Sun, Salt, and Sand.

Rob Ellison

Sports Massage Therapist

Rob is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation from Teesside University, along with Level 3 qualifications in Personal Training in the UK. With over 7 years of experience, he combines hands-on treatment with structured rehabilitation to help clients recover from injury, manage pain and perform at their best.

Rob has worked with a wide range of clients and sports teams, with experience in injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and pitch-side support.

His approach combines sports massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, dry needling and myofascial cupping with personalised mobility, strengthening and rehabilitation tools to take home.

He takes a holistic approach to treatment, looking beyond the immediate area of pain to understand movement, strength and contributing factors, helping clients build long-term resilience and confidence in their body.
