Who we are:
Ash and V first crossed paths at a movement retreat in the Maldives, where they discovered just how powerful it can be to step away from daily life and focus entirely on movement and wellness in one of the world’s most stunning locations. The experience left a lasting impression, inspiring them to make health-focused goal-setting a regular part of their lives.
Since then, they’ve made it a priority to set aside a week every so often for what they call ‘self-retreats’—dedicated trips to realign with their goals and dive deep into their health and wellness journey. These getaways became their way of resetting, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with what truly matters.
Over time, they realized how transformative these experiences were and saw the potential to share this approach with others. Now, they’re creating retreats that offer the same opportunity for those seeking guidance from experienced health professionals—providing a supportive space to focus, recharge, and pursue personal wellness goals.
Hi, I’m Ash,
founder of APEX Osteopathy and Athletic Performance.
I’ll be taking the lead on all things Osteopathy and Breathwork during the retreat. As an Advanced Practice Osteopath (Sports) with a strong focus on spinal and breathing disorders, I’m here to help with any aches or pains you’re dealing with.
I’ll also be coordinating our amazing Osteo team, I’ll work to ensure you leave feeling equipped with the tools to improve your movement, overcome pain, and confidently move toward your goals.
Hi I’m V
I spent eight years working in the hospital system before transitioning into clinical fertility work and then health education in schools. Over my career, I became increasingly frustrated with how often health issues are only addressed at the last minute—when it’s often too late. Proactive health is rarely given the attention it deserves, despite strong evidence showing it’s not only more effective but also more affordable in the long run.
At the retreat, I’ll be there to guide you through the best ways to live a healthy, balanced life. I’ll also lead mobility practices to help keep your body strong, flexible, and feeling its best.
